ExamReadyHub ("we", "our", or "us") operates the website www.examreadyhub.com. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a visitor. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices.

If you use our contact form, you may voluntarily provide your name, email address, and message. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list or share this data with third parties.

Information collected automatically

ExamReadyHub does not use first-party cookies, track your quiz answers on our servers, or build any profile about you. All quiz activity happens entirely in your browser — nothing is transmitted to or stored on our servers.

Standard web server access logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamp) may be retained by our hosting provider for security and operational purposes. These logs are not used for advertising or profiling.

2. Third-Party Services

Google Fonts

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). When your browser requests a font, Google may receive your IP address and browser information. Google's privacy policy applies: policies.google.com/privacy .

Google AdSense (future)

We may display Google AdSense advertisements in the future. If enabled, Google may use cookies and similar technologies to serve personalised ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can opt out via Google Ad Settings or install the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on . We will update this policy before enabling any advertising.

Contact form service

Our contact form is currently connected to a form-processing service (e.g. Formspree, Netlify Forms, or similar). Any data you submit through the form is subject to that provider's privacy policy in addition to ours. We do not store form submissions beyond what is necessary to respond to your message.

3. Cookies

ExamReadyHub does not set any first-party cookies. Your quiz progress and answers are held in your browser's memory for the duration of your session only and are not persisted or transmitted anywhere.

Third-party services (Google Fonts, future AdSense) may set their own cookies. You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings or a tool such as aboutads.info.

4. Children's Privacy

ExamReadyHub is intended for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). If you believe a child has submitted personal data to us, please contact us at hello@examreadyhub.com and we will delete it promptly.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry — typically no longer than 90 days. Server access logs are retained per our hosting provider's standard policy (typically 30–90 days). No other personal data is stored by us.

ExamReadyHub is hosted on servers that may be located outside your country of residence. By using this site, you consent to your data being processed in the country where our servers or third-party providers operate. We take reasonable steps to ensure adequate data protection wherever your data is processed.

8. Links to Other Websites

This site does not currently link to external websites except as noted in this policy (Google Fonts, Google Ad Settings). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party sites.
